Cardamom Cinnamon Bun
Soft-baked and swirled with brown butter, finished with a light vanilla glaze — best with a hot filter coffee.
Three little reasons to stop by today — made fresh, kept simple, and best enjoyed slowly.

Espresso, steamed oat milk, and a thread of local wildflower honey. Cozy, mellow, and just sweet enough.
Toasted local sourdough, soft egg, herbed greens, and a touch of chili oil. A slow morning, plated.
North Dock Coffee opened as a small dock-side stop for neighbors who wanted a slower start to the day. What began as a single counter and a few wooden stools has grown into a gathering spot — but the intention hasn't changed. We roast thoughtfully, bake daily, and keep the room calm enough to think, work, or simply sit a while.
Every cup is poured by someone who knows your name, or is happy to learn it. This is your neighborhood cafe, made for the people who live around it.
Pastries baked fresh each morning with flour, dairy, and fruit sourced from farms within an hour of the dock.
Soft light, warm wood, and quiet corners built for reading, working, or unhurried conversation.
A small team that remembers your order, your name, and enjoys seeing you walk through the door.
